Teachers/parents
How you can help us

  1. School membership - schools can register as members of YPTENC free of charge. All our member schools are sent a copy of Conservation Education, our bulletin for teachers, each term.

  2. School talks - If your school is within 100 miles of Crewkerne, Somerset or Keighley, West Yorkshire, why not book one of our school speakers? We can provide talks at all levels on a wide range of environmental topics. Call or write to us for further details.

  3. Environmental Discovery Courses - Take a look at our Environmental Discovery Courses for years 4 to 7. Our five-day residential courses for school groups are available throughout the year.

  4. Give as you earn - Here is an easy and rewarding way to give as you earn! You could make a tax free donation straight from your gross pay. You simply fill out this form naming the YPTENC as the charity you would like to give a monthly donation to and include our Give As You Earn number - 0007896.
For more information about the Give As You Earn scheme, please visit the Inland Revenue.

  5. GiftAid it - Use Gift Aid and you can make your donation worth more. For every pound you give to us, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue. All you need to do is fill in a simple declaration saying that you want to use Gift Aid. If you want more information contact us on 01460 271717 or email info@ypte.org.uk
